HowToLiveBetter provides a reading interface for the HowToLiveBetter guide, personal marks, favorites, notes, checklist scores, and CSV export. These features are currently available for free. We will update the relevant pages if the features or pricing change.

Sources and limits

This site is independently operated and is not the author's official website. The book content comes from eternity4719/HowToLiveBetter; its Chinese original is authoritative for the latest content, and this site's imported revision appears in the footer. English content comes from the separate dlgrv translation, which may lag the Chinese original; entries without a published translation remain in Chinese. Checklist scores reflect how you mark entries; they are not health assessments or judgments about your life. For important medical, legal, or financial decisions, check the original sources and consult a qualified professional familiar with your circumstances.

Accounts and records

Keep your account credentials secure. Guest records stay only in your current browser; you can export a backup. Signed-in records can sync to your account. To ask about or request deletion of an account, contact [email protected].

Do not access other people's accounts without permission, disrupt the service, or use the site for unlawful activity. We may adjust the service to fix problems, protect accounts, or improve features.
